I experienced that very thing today - and was amazed by His faithfulness once again. Thanks, Robin, for your insight.boomamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13675279081741763175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11801079.post-1146373746671765432006-04-29T22:09:00.000-07:002006-04-29T22:09:00.000-07:00One more thing we have in common...Ben and I lost ...One more thing we have in common...Ben and I lost our first child in miscarriage also. I hadn't thought of it, until your post, but I think that was a real training ground with me, in trusting God and gaining peace. And really learning a bit of how to grieve and yet still feel his peace.<BR/><BR/>And I love the idea of God saying "Silly goose, what got into you? Can't you see I'm right here?"<BR/><BR/>Thanks Robin, I loved reading this!Addiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10104156814334233581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11801079.post-1146366173697407502006-04-29T20:02:00.000-07:002006-04-29T20:02:00.000-07:00Keeping our eyes on Jesus instead of our circumsta...Keeping our eyes on Jesus instead of our circumstances sure seems to be key, doesn't it? As Janna said, "easier said than done". The thing is that we have to sink a few times before we remember, but even then, Jesus is right there ready to pull us up before we go under. He is so good to us!Patriciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10435071269417046903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11801079.post-1146365966466184142006-04-29T19:59:00.000-07:002006-04-29T19:59:00.000-07:00One of my favorite passages on the peace of God or...One of my favorite passages on the peace of God or faith is the one you showed here. It reminds me of the book "If You Want to Walk on Water You've Got to Get Out of the Boat". Easier said than done, huh, to keep our eyes on Jesus and totally trust Him through our storm of life?Janna Rusthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00920619989913666159noreply@blogger.com
